Meet Maggie.

Maggie is a 32 year old entrepreneur who successfully completed her Alternativ course and graduated under the Us4Women program (a partner initiative) in 2018.

Her education gave her the skills to save, price products and services accordingly, and address day to day business and operations concerns concerns on the go. In under a year, her business grew to the point where she needed to hire new employees. She credits the empowerment and confidence she gained in training in helping her recruit 10 new caterers to join her endeavor.

Maggie and her team have have been hired and have gracefully worked 25 successful events (and counting) including weddings, traditional celebrations and church gatherings. The changes that Maggie and Alternativ and our partners we have seen in the lives of these 10 women is incredible.
